VIDEO: Sally Field, Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Rita Moreno Are Desperate to Score Super Bowl Tickets in ’80 for Brady’

Guy Fieri and Tom Brady himself co-star in the February comedy

A quartet of octogenarians embarks on a wild trip to watch an aging quarterback play in what might be his last Super Bowl in the upcoming comedy “80 for Brady,” debuting in February.

Stern Show veterans Jane Fonda, Sally Field, and Lily Tomlin and EGOT winner Rita Moreno star as four best friends who travel to Houston in the hopes of seeing Tom Brady and the New England Patriots win a championship. Getting tickets is much harder than they imagined, however, and before long the ladies are entering hot wing challenges, pretending to be backup dancers, accidentally taking edibles, and learning about strap-ons while trying to gain admission to the Big Game.

Directed by Kyle Marvin and produced by Brady himself, the film also features Billy Porter, Sara Gilbert, Ron Funches, celebrity chef Guy Fieri, and Brady’s former teammates Rob Gronkowski, Danny Amendola, and Julian Edelman.

“80 for Brady” is set in 2017, a couple years before Brady became a free agent and set sail for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who then won a Super Bowl of their own. The legendary Q.B. sat down with Howard in 2020 and explained exactly why he decided to leave the Patriots. Watch a clip from the interview (below).

“80 for Brady” opens February 3.
