Bubba the Love Sponge Calls In

Late in the show, Bubba the Love Sponge called in to tell the crew why he hadn’t been invited to Hulk Hogan’s wedding: no one was.

While he had him on the line, Howard asked after the insane things Bubba was spending his cash on in Tampa, like a nightclub, airplane lease and–outside his studio–a personal beach.

Bubba said the beach was window-dressing: “That’s just a drainage ditch I’ve gotta have so I’m making a beach out of it.”

Bubba said he planned to put the proceeds from his next Sirius XM contract aside: “If we get one, we’ll save all that money.”

Bubba also announced that he was sending his wife to stand in for him at tomorrow night’s Stern Show Holiday Party.

Howard was very happy to hear that.
