Jon Leiberman traveled to Upstate New York recently to pay Jeff the Drunk a visit. You can see his entire embedded special on Howard TV this month. Jeff opened up to Jon more than he ever has in the past, even admitting that, if he still had his driver’s license, he would most likely drink and drive. “If there’s a party that I want to go to, I’m going to drive to that party and drink.”
