In other major news, High Pitch Erik was arrested last week after he sent Fred The Elephant Boy threatening text messages.

Bobo was the first Wack Packer to call in this morning to weigh in on the feud. “Fred has crossed over the Wack Pack line of sanity,” the man who once wore a dunce cap insisted. Gary clarified that it seems Erik was upset that Fred tweeted about his SSI benefits.

Next, the expert, Jon Leiberman, reported all of the non-biased facts, telling Howard that Erik was booked for aggravated harassment. Luckily for him, the arresting officers were also Stern Show fans, so after booking him they gave him a ride home. Though High Pitch could face jail time or a big fine, Jon predicted that he’d realistically face an order of protection as well as some form of probation.

As you may remember, Fred The Elephant Boy and High Pitch Erik have had a tumultuous past, but Howard did bring them to a truce once before. “This relationship has been tenuous at best over the years … The peace has now been broken,” Jon summed up.

High Pitch later called in to explain himself. After the jab at his SSI benefits by Fred, Erik said he was furious. “I said, ‘You’re a dead motherfucker,'” the oversized Wack Packer recounted. “But do I really want him dead? No.”

Fred The Elephant Boy also called in to attempt to explain himself, but no one could really understand him.

Howard attempted to negotiate a new truce. “Stop looking at what Elephant Boy has to say,” he told High Pitch. Because after all, the only way to understand Fred is to read what he is saying.

Addressing Fred, Howard pleaded to his better judgement: “You’re provoking a guy who’s at best dull … Can you leave him alone?”

Erik is expected to appear in court on March 1, 2016. Stay tuned for updates from the case.
