Howard was sitting front row at the New York Knicks season opener last week and on Monday, he told Robin he had a great time at the game thanks to the person he sat next to: comedian, frequent Stern Show guest, and noted Knicks fan Tracy Morgan.

“He does a whole show. He’s unbelievable,” Howard said of Tracy’s running commentary throughout the game.

While the two have sat near each other on a few occasions over the years, Howard said Tracy was sporting a new look this time around – super heavy gold chains holding up a medallion with his initials on it. See a photo (above).

Moreover, Howard added that Tracy is as quick as ever, joking with fans who approached him throughout the evening.

And to cap it all off, the Knicks topped the Atlanta Hawks that night 126-107.
