Longtime Stern Show caller High Register Sean has some advice for anyone caught up in the viral internet debate over an audio clip of a computer-generated voice speaking either the word “laurel” or “yanny,” depending on who you ask. “We need to tell everybody in your audience not to vote,” he announced Wednesday morning.

The clip, posted to Instagram and Twitter by a popular vlogger named Cloe Feldman (below), is a mind control test, according to Sean, a noted conspiracy theorist.

“The government has put out this test and they want you to vote on it and they want to be able to tell which sound you hear,” he claimed. “The one you don’t hear is the one that they’re going to use to silently control soldiers and eventually citizens.”

As for which word he hears, Sean is keeping his answer close to the chest. “I don’t want to say … There’s one more vote as to which side not to use,” he noted.

Sean also recapped some of his theories on “dog men” and additionally alleged his I.Q. score to be 141 — higher even than Will Murray who received the top score on the Stern Show staff I.Q. test.

“I have a giant head and it’s filled with a giant brain,” Sean confidently told Howard.
