Show Rundown: October 23, 2019

Good Morning Everybody!

There was a lot to be excited about in the aftermath of the Stern Show’s trip to Hollywood, but after seeing photos from what Gary Dell’Abate and Jon Hein did in their free time out west, Howard couldn’t help but feel irked on Wednesday.

The two staffers stopped by the Studio City house used for exterior shots on “The Brady Bunch,” which has recently been renovated by HGTV to resemble the actual Paramount set on the interior.

“There’s all these pictures of Jon and Gary in, like, the Brady’s bedroom with their shoes off,” Howard described. “Jon had to take his shoes off and he wasn’t wearing socks and he’s in his bare feet.”

While neither Robin nor Howard could understand the appeal of the attraction, Jon described it as the best thing he did in L.A.

“I loved the fact that I got to do that. It was a unique opportunity. I’m born and raised on TV, as you guys know,” he explained.

Gary was so taken with the experience, in fact, that he went back a second time in order to take solo pictures that didn’t include any of his co-workers.

“I thought that was weird,” Jon admitted.
