The Stern Show added two more puppets to its collection on Wednesday as Howard debuted the ones he had commissioned for Tan Mom and Bobo.

Stern Show staffer Jason Kaplan brought in the Bobo one first, handing it over to Fred Norris for an on-air test drive. Howard and co-host Robin Quivers marveled at the site of the puppet which not only looked like the longtime caller but also featured many of his signature accessories, including turquoise jewelry, a patch-covered jacket, his recently disclosed head lesions, and even a fully removable hair system.

“Oh, this is hysterical,” Robin said after watching Fred bring it to life.

Not to be outdone, Shuli Egar entered the studio with the Tan Mom puppet on his hand. The bronze-skinned creation closely resembled the Wack Packer turned recording artist and also came with a handheld tanning gun as an accessory.

After some back and forth between the new puppets, Tan Mom’s regaled Howard with a song. “It’s Patricia! Ba-ba-ba-bring it on, bitches!” the Tan Mom puppet sang.

The segment was going smoothly until Bobo himself called in to offer his opinion. “This is a big day!” the real-life superfan exclaimed. “Oh my god, the Bobo puppet. Wow. I’m very excited by this.”

“I like that Bobo called in and he’s ruining the Bobo puppet,” Howard joked.
