Some familiar names were announced on Tuesday morning as nominees for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame including one living legend who’s already a hall of famer. Stevie Nicks, who was inducted back in 1998 as a member of Fleetwood Mac, earned a nomination today for her award-winning work as a solo artist. Other first-time nominees include heavy metal icons Def Leppard, singer-songwriter Todd Rundgren, and one-of-a-kind rock band Devo.

Those musical acts are joined by several artists who’ve been on the ballot in years prior, like LL Cool J, Radiohead, the Cure, and Janet Jackson. All of the 2019 nominees were announced on SiriusXM’s Volume channel Tuesday. Rock Hall voters, including the Stern Show’s own Gary Dell’Abate and Jon Hein, will now decide who gets in with the winners set to be announced in December and the annual induction ceremony scheduled for March 29 at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn.

When Bon Jovi got the news that they were finally going to be hall of famers last year, Jon Bon Jovi said he had only one name in mind for who should induct them: Howard Stern. The rock frontman stopped by the Stern Show in January and revealed why it meant so much to have the King of All Media introduce them that night.

“Our careers have paralleled in a lot of ways and whether it was the ups or the downs, we’ve come through everything together,” Jon told Howard. Hear more from their interview (below).

As has been the case for previous Rock Hall inductions, SiriusXM will once again offer a live simulcast of the event next year. Check out the full class of 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominees (below).
