School may be out for summer, but the demon-battling youngsters of Hawkins, Ind., still have their work cut out for them.

Netflix has released the final trailer for Season 3 of “Stranger Things,” its award-winning sci-fi horror drama following a super-powered young woman, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), and her nerdy band of friends tasked with repeatedly saving their small town from unspeakable horrors. Set in the summer of 1985, the new season picks up after Eleven seemingly closed the gate from the kids’ world to the strange and deadly Upside Down at the end of last season. Apparently things did not go as planned.

“You let us in and now you are going to have to let us stay,” an ominous voice declares (above).

The rest of the nearly three-minute-long trailer offers even more suspense and a good deal of action, including Millie Bobby Brown and company facing off against an oversized monster inside the town’s now-decimated Starcourt Mall. Among those also featured in the clip are franchise veterans David Harbour (who’s also starring in April’s “Hellboy” reboot), Winona Ryder, Natalia Dyer, and Joe Keery as well as “Stranger Things” newcomers Cary Elwes, Jake Busey, and Maya Hawke—the 20-year-old daughter of actors Ethan Hawke and Stern Show veteran Uma Thurman.

“Stranger Things 3” debuts July 4 on Netflix.
