2015: A Year in Review

A look back on the best moments from last year.

January 4, 2016

In honor of all of the great things that happened on the Stern Show in 2015, Howard played back a retrospective of some of the best moments and features.

First off, Howard thanked all of the people who continue to yell “Baba Booey” at the most appropriate of times and played a montage of some of the best. Additionally, Howard had a montage of all of the things he said he “hates” over the past year … and it was extensive.

Next Howard turned to the “biggest development with Robin this year,” which was of course that she has embraced singing. “I think I’m the best bad singer!” Robin proclaimed as hit after hit played.

To balance out Ms. Quivers’ musical contributions, Howard also played some of the best real music moments from the year featuring James Taylor, Rod Stewart, Jewel, Don Henley, Alanis Morissette, and more.

As a side note, Cheap Trick will finally be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Howard played a clip of Rick Nielsen telling an interviewer that he’d love to be presented at the ceremony by none other than Howard himself.

Turning back to the 2015 retrospective, focus turned to the biggest “bonehead” moves of the year:

And of course, the breakaway hit of the year, “I’ll Suck Your Ween” (and it’s many variations).
