AUDIO: Hollywood Stars Congratulate JD Harmeyer Ahead of His Wedding

Stern Show staffer JD Harmeyer has made many friends in Hollywood over the years. While no A-listers could make it to his bachelor party on Wednesday, quite a few sent in messages of congratulations for the groom-to-be.

JD’s longtime pal Ryan Phillippe has seen him go from a guy barely capable of getting a date with a girl to now a man about to be married. “I hope the two of you are eating at Chipotle for years to come,” Phillippe joked in his audio message (above), referencing the Valentine’s Day tradition JD and his fiancée have of dining out at the fast-casual Mexican restaurant.

“Full Frontal” host Samantha Bee, who follows JD on Twitter, poked fun at him calling his soon-to-be wife a “creature” in the first draft of his vows. She also shared some marriage advice with him.

“Communication is the key, so I guess you’re pretty much fucked on that one,” Sam said. “I just pray that she shares your love of spoons.”

JD also received well-wishes from two big-name directors. Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro talked about how the Stern Show staffer once dreamed of being a filmmaker just like him. “But instead you pursued your true passions: eating McDonald’s and paying for webcam girls and not washing your sheets,” Del Toro said with a laugh. “I believe Fellini started the same way.”

“Bridesmaids” director Paul Feig quickly gave JD his congratulations and also advised him not to let Ronnie Mund get him into any trouble during the in-studio bachelor party.

Finally, actor Jason Biggs shared how fans frequently approach him and mention the crazy movie scenes he’s been in, like making love to a pie in “American Pie.”

“At least that shit wasn’t real … it was just a movie. But you, you actually did all the crazy shit that they talk about. The dog with the peanut butter, the dirty bedsheets, the cam girl. Jesus man, you actually are a sick bastard,” Jason joked.
