VIDEO: Taron Egerton's Kingsman Outdrinks Archer in Comic-Con Crossover Cartoon

“Kingsman: The Golden Circle” hits theaters Sept. 22

It's spy vs. spy in a crossover cartoon from 20th Century Fox called "#TBT to That Time Archer Met Kingsman."

Dropped this week at Comic-Con 2017, the short film is animated in the style of FXX's "Archer" and begins with British super-spy Egsy (played by Taron Egerton in "The Kingsman" films) helping an old woman cross the street, much to her chagrin. When he arrives back at his spy collective's secret hideout, however, he finds it has been infiltrated by the notorious(ly crude) American secret agent Sterling Archer (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin). After some ribbing from Archer, their encounter turns into a disagreement which turns into a short-lived drinking contest.

Though Egsy appears to have won this battle, it may not be the last time the two share the screen - "Archer," which concluded Season 8 in May, has been renewed through Season 10 while "Kingsman: The Golden Circle"—co-starring past Stern Show guests Jeff Bridges and Channing Tatum—hits theaters Sept. 22.
