Fletch lives — again!

Jon Hamm investigates a murder and quickly finds himself the prime suspect in the official trailer for “Confess, Fletch,” an upcoming mystery comedy co-starring Roy Wood Jr., Annie Mumolo, and Hamm’s longtime “Mad Men” cohort John Slattery.

The Greg Mottola-directed (“Superbad”) flick arrives over 30 years after Stern Show veteran Chevy Chase last portrayed the irreverent literary character Irwin Fletcher on the big screen in 1985’s “Fletch” and again in the 1989 sequel “Fletch Lives.”

In this latest installment, based on Gregory McDonald’s 1976 novel of the same name, the titular anti-hero hunts for his fiancée’s stolen art collection while simultaneously clearing his name for a string of murders.

“Your prints were on the murder weapon and someone matching your description was seen with the victim,” a detective (Wood Jr.) tells Fletch (above). “Come back with me to police headquarters.”

“I get it,” Hamm responds. “You want my help.”

“Confess, Fletch” premieres Sept. 16 digitally and in theaters.
