Good Morning Everybody!

The excitement of Monday’s show seemed to have worn off for Scott “the Engineer” Salem by the time Tuesday morning rolled around.

Scott offered a sort of state of the union on his body, explaining that he has been trying to lose some weight, but also takes more than a dozen daily pills for certain afflictions. One such affliction that has been particularly distressing is his need to take a stool softener for rock-hard poop.

Scott explained that before the medication, he would move his bowels once every two weeks. “It comes out really hard,” he explained. “It literally felt like rocks coming out of my ass.”

Ronnie “the Limo Driver” Mund joked that it might’ve explained his mood during their trip to Florida. Nevertheless, after previously insisting they’d never vacation together again, Ronnie had a change of heart. “I’m inviting you to go to the Daytona. We’re going back to Florida,” he said, explaining that as long as there is a group present as opposed to one-on-one, he would be fine with it.

As for Scott, he maintained that he was in good spirits and even pitched a new man-on-the-street segment recently that Howard gave the thumbs up to produce. “It’s a really funny idea,” Howard confirmed.

Unfortunately, once created, the bit didn’t exactly pan out.

“I think it worked,” Scott argued. “I was rolling on the floor.”

The bit follows Scott’s Bailey the Bedbug character, which was met with a similar critical response in 2016. Offering an update on that bit, Scott told Howard that Bailey’s Twitter account is still live, but he has lost the password for it and can’t seem to convince Twitter to let him back in.

Nevertheless, the 64-year-old engineer said that he would continue to try his hand at writing material. “Why not?”
