KFC Cooks Up Fried Chicken-Scented Sunscreen

Protecting your skin from the sun’s harsh rays can be a real summer chore. However, the good folk at KFC have concocted a secret recipe to cure the SPF blues.
“Congratulations! Your lifestyle just got a little crispier,” heralds a KFC ad for Col. Sanders’ Extra Crispy Sunscreen, a fried chicken-scented protective cream. Yes, the fast food giant created a way to for beachgoers to smell like they’ve been eating KFC, which is sure to turn some heads. Finally, there’s no need for people to lather themselves in delicious chicken before heading out to the pool.
The sunscreen is 30 SPF and, as it boasts on the bottle, “smells like chicken!” Of course, KFC has provided a warning image to remind you that, no matter how delicious Extra Crispy Sunscreen smells, it is still sunscreen.
Sadly, Extra Crispy Sunscreen was a limited promotion and all 3,000 tubes were claimed in a matter of hours. Still, the bar has been raised, Neutrogena.
