Dissatisfied with the small candle wick bestowed upon you at birth by an uncaring, cruel creator? Well, the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery may have the solution for you!

Surgeon Dr. Roberto Viel originated the process known as “penoplasty,” in which fat is collected from the stomach or thigh and injected along the shaft of the penis, providing a new, miraculous girth. “The usual increase in girth (circumference) is between 1 to 2 inches,” Dr. Viel told the Daily Mail, “but any more than that is excessive and can hurt the women in their lives.” The penis reportedly can also increase up to 1.5 inches in length after the procedure.

The idea of getting less belly fat while gaining a larger manhood may sound too good to be true, but other than the possibility of transplanted fat turning lumpy over time, the process is reportedly safe.

It has also “been around a long time,” Dr. Steven Davis of Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Cherry Hill, N.J., told HowardStern.com. “It’s simple fat grafting and I have done a number of cases with tremendous success.”

“It’s very practical and completely safe,” Dr. Davis continued. “This procedure is the safest way to enhance the penis and if fat is taken from an appropriate part of the body (i.e. the abs or thighs) it is absolutely permanent.”
