Seth Rogen has brought together some of the biggest comedians in the business in the official trailer for “Hilarity for Charity,” his upcoming Netflix special tasked with both bringing the funny and supporting Alzheimer’s research.

Filmed on March 24 at the Hollywood Palladium, the Stern Show celebrity superfan’s special combines stand-up, sketches, musical performances, and a litany of fellow Stern Show veterans, including Sarah Silverman, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Ike Barinholtz, who appears in the preview (above) as a cackling devil.

Other big names include recent “Saturday Night Live” hosts Kumail Nanjiani and Tiffany Haddish, “Big Mouth” creator and recent Wrap Up Show guest Nick Kroll, “Weekend Update” anchor Michael Che, comedian and apparent Sour Shoes fan John Mulaney, and even the indomitable Jeff Goldblum.

Seth and his wife Lauren founded their Hilarity for Charity foundation in 2012 in the hopes of combatting Alzheimer’s. While they’ve put together comedy specials for six straight years, 2018 marks Netflix’s first time streaming the event. When Seth last visited the Stern Show in 2017, the multi-hyphenate entertainer and philanthropist discussed a variety of his past and current projects, including his role in James Franco’s Oscar-nominated “Disaster Artist,” as well as an experience he had watching “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” while high on pot edibles.
